Tell Us What You Think! Climate Adaptation Needs Assessment

You can help by answering these seven questions, or by attending a listening session listed below!

Forest managers need scientifically credible, relevant, and timely information on climate change, its effects on ecosystems, and potential management options in order to effectively respond to climate change. The Northern Institute of Applied Climate Science and Forest Stewards Guild are seeking input on key areas of uncertainty where managers have questions so that we can help promote science to address managers' needs.

By taking a few minutes to answer the short questions at the link above, you will help us to frame important questions and develop resources to help our community-of-practice adapt forests to the changing climate.

A series of in-person listening sessions explores science needs in greater detail. Stay tuned as more events are added, or contact Amanda Mahaffey or Maria Janowiak with your questions.
